Lesson 1

A Light Opening Exercise For Your Hips

We take a quick look at some reasons why the hips may be off balance because knowing the root cause is just as important as working with immediate pain relief. Then we move into the first exercise which is wonderfully opening for the hips, making space for this large joint to do its work effectively.

Lesson 2

Three Exercises For Strengthening & Releasing The Hips

Get ready to lie on your mat where you will be guided through two hip release exercises. You will need a pillow for the first exercise. For the third exercise you will need to stand, feet flat on the floor with your hands on a flat surface like a wall or door. All of these exercises are gentle and help to build up the hip area which will, over time, reduce tension and pain in this area.

Lesson 3

Three Acupressure Points For Hip Pain Relief

The first point is connected to the lung and large intestine meridians on the hands. The second point, part of the bladder meridian, is at the base of the spine. The third area runs from the front of the hips down the midline of the thighs and is part of the stomach meridian.
