Lesson 1
What’s Bubbling?
The seven flavours explored in this course are bracketed by two guided meditative visualisations. This is the first of them. The reason being is that entering the meditative state is the best way by far to tune into unconscious murmurings that are constantly bubbling up beneath the surface of our awareness. They are also often masked by the noise of our thoughts of self-awareness.

Lesson 2
The Flavour Of Moderation
Moderation is not about abstinence. Rather it is all about the state of Quiet Power that we enter when we are both patient and observant. This gives us the ability to act at the perfect time and with the optimal amount of force.

Lesson 3
The Flavour Of Isolation
Now and again, it pays great dividends to get off the merry-go-round and to see the trees in the woods. Taking time out and treating ourselves to some Me Time is not selfish. It is energising and refreshing and ultimately puts us in a better position to help others.

Lesson 4
The Flavour Of Replication
This flavour is all about replicating but, on each iteration, in making subtle changes and improvements to encourage our evolution. When we do this mindfully, what goes around, comes around, but with go-faster and go-smarter stripes. Replication is not about going over old ground ad nauseam. It is about using what is good about what pre-exists and evolving and enhancing it.

Lesson 5
The Flavour Of Equilibrium
Now we are half way through our exploration of these seven flavours, it is worth becoming a little more conscious about the purpose of these lessons. What we have been doing is to become more conscious about our unconscious processes. So, up to now, we have explored the moderating, isolating and replicating nature of our unconscious mind. In this lesson, we will look at how it strives keep our world in balance, especially when taking on new learnings.

Lesson 6
The Flavour Of Revolution
Revolution is necessary from time to time. It is not necessarily a destructive act but a replenishing energy. It can be better expressed and understood with the application of an additional hyphen - as re-volution - which means reapplication of the will with some upside-down thinking.

Lesson 7
The Flavour Of Imagination
One of the biggest secrets of all manifestation processes is this. If we can imagine it, we can make it happen. So be careful and mindful with your imaginings, as they are bound to happen at some point or other.
So this has to be the juiciest flavour of thought. The best imaginings are those that know no bounds and harbour no fears.

Lesson 8
The Flavour Of Adaptation
Adaptation is woven into our DNA, as indeed are the 22 keys of the Major Arcana of the Tarot. Mindful adaptation allows us to keep our head above the waves and to be carried by currents that take us to new, unexplored and unexpected shores. While failure to adapt can lead us to atrophy.

Lesson 9
Expanding The Unconscious Mind
To wrap this course up and consolidate the learnings, this guided visualisation is a bit of a treat. It will help you make a permanent connection to your lower chakra system, the points from which unconscious murmurs percolate up from.
At the same time, your chakras will be initiated into an expanded state of being. Note that I must thank Rudolph Steiner for the seed notion of the expanding lotus flowers in this visualisation.
