This course is here to offer you a unique and powerful technique that serves to help you express various aspects of your personal experience, and end up at a sense of deep peace, healing, and connectedness. It's profound, freeing, enlightening, and most of all, simple to use. This course will help you notice, access, and interview various aspects of yourself, in a unique process, and access information about your motivations that you may not have been aware of before. It will also give you access to big picture aspects of yourself, opening windows for healing and spacious experience that are unique and powerfully freeing. Lesson 1 will introduce you to the technique called Big Mind, Big Heart. You'll learn about its origins, how it's done, how and why it can help you. You'll learn how it guides you to access and experience a level of enlightenment and spaciousness without meditation, that can also include forgiveness and deep peace. Lesson 2 will give you the chance to experience a Big Heart, Big Mind session, in a very guided way, so you have the understanding of how to take this technique and use it fully for yourself. This demonstration offers the foundation and step by step process for going deeper on your own.
