This 5-day course is for anyone who is calling in more trust and compassion (or perhaps fewer triggers and reactions). Either way: this is for you if you’d like to ENJOY the flow of life more and trust that the universe is supporting you - even through the challenging moments. Each lesson builds off the previous one and is designed to be done one day at a time. So we’ll spend 5 days together (one day at a time) in deep daily guided visualization practices that are designed to relax the body, quiet the mind and allow in beautiful seeds of transformation into the place of knowing: the inner mind. No previous experience is necessary - just show up with an open mind and a curious heart.
