Across three guided lessons, you’ll learn how to: • See what you’re really feeling - distinguish between your truth and old triggers. • Untangle the noise inside - use embodiment practices to work through distraction, tension, and overwhelm. • Choose responses that serve you - act in alignment with your values and create interactions that feel conscious, calm, and authentic. You don’t need any previous experience. Each lesson is designed to be practical, accessible, and easy to integrate into daily life. By the end of this course, you’ll have a clearer sense of your emotional landscape, a stronger connection to your body’s guidance, and the self-trust to navigate challenging interactions with confidence and ease.


Meet your Teacher

Jemima is a seasoned wellness expert who has worked both 1:1 with coaching clients and in group facilitation. Her fascination with the human condition has been a part of her life since she was very small. Drawing on ancient traditions of mind, body, spirit wellbeing, she offers a light yet deep wisdom that is easily digestible to all who seek it. Being fully human at the same time as profoundly spiritual is a life's work and she is honoured to share her experiential learnings for the highest good of all.

By practicing, you'll begin to move more swiftly through emotional noise and increase your self-trust so you can confidently handle whatever challenge comes your way, in full alignment.

Choose Responses That Serve You

In this lesson, we move from awareness to conscious action. NOT choosing the "love and light" response no matter what, but choosing what is actually true for you based on your values, boundaries, and non-negotiables. This is about showing up differently, about who you BE.
