Yin represents the primal feminine energy of the universe, complementary to the yang principle. In this course, we explore how yin manifests in our lives. In Lesson 1, we delve into what yin feels like in the body and examine the effects of imbalance in our yin qualities. Lesson 2 focuses on restoring harmony within the yin system—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—through the Seated Eight Brocades, a traditional longevity practice originating in ancient China. In the final lesson, we engage in a yin-style meditation, concentrating on the in-breath, clearing the mind, and opening the heart.
