It’s built from my work in leadership, relationship, and human connection, where confidence isn’t something you force but something you feel. I guide you through simple practices that regulate your nervous system, steady your emotions, and reconnect you with your natural authority. This approach comes from decades of private coaching, a deep understanding of how sensitive, intelligent people lose themselves, and a clear, grounded way of teaching that keeps things practical rather than abstract. The result is a confidence that flows naturally and carries through every part of your life. Ideal for overthinkers, who are also deep feelers, over-analysers and those more comfortable in logic.

Jemima has a passion for soothing the human condition and has spent almost 30 years delving into consciousness through her self study, coaching and businesses. True confidence is not an egoic pursuit rather, a calm inner knowing that exudes from someone who is very comfortable with who they know themselves to be. Awaken Your Inner Authority

In this section we look at Human Design, personality and experiential evidence. You have everything you need already within you, stepping into greater confidence is just one perspective shift away. There is no amount of criticism or negative self-talk that will build your ease or presence. I wonder if there is somewhere you might support yourself more with encouraging thoughts or even celebratory ones!

Calm, Clear, Connected

In this lesson I talk about the relevance of clarity as it pertains to confidence levels and the misnomer that being calm at all times indicates a regulated nervous system - it does not. In order to move through life with more ease and less second-guessing, it's important to trust oneself.

Lesson 3

Walk Your Confidence

Bring your embodied power into every interaction, with poise and authenticity. Everything you experience in this life will be through your body. The work now is to make sure you are inhabiting your body (especially if you tend to be all up in your head - ask me how I know.) Remember your confidence already exists and the more you are present in your body, the easier it will become to locate it.
