This was a great course! I paused many times to take notes and plan to incorporate many of the suggestions into my life — but slowly and one at a time to balance out my Vata :)

This has been very insightful, simple and easy to understand. I would love to know more about the role that hormones play in our doshas. It would be great to have a course on balancing doshas during menopause 😉 Thank you for everything!

Thank you for explaining Ayurveda. I took this course because I'd heard about Ayurveda but not really quite sure what it is. I had this sense that, like gravity, it affects me even if I don't understand what it is. Sure enough, you provided insights about how different personalities are affected differently in Ayurveda, more importantly, best practices to thrive no matter the doshsa. All in this short course! This is a great overview and introduction to Ayurveda types. Thanks!
