We'll take a slow, meditative approach, working in small, manageable bursts each day. Each day, you’ll listen to a short audio with a specific focus, affirmations, and journaling prompts. We will use a consistent, slow-drip approach, setting a timer for just five minutes a day to work on one small area. This mindful, gentle process will prevent overwhelm and help you create new, positive habits - trust me! We'll approach each and every day with kindness and compassion, understanding that you are doing this for you. As you clear the physical clutter, you are also rewiring your brain. Meet your Teacher

Liz Doyle, the Positive Change Coach helps women to feel good enough every day. She helps them to move on from overwhelm and anxiety and develop a deep sense of self-love and self-worth. She uses the philosophies of the icon, that was Louise Hay and this work is timeless. Liz’s latest course for decluttering, will help you to gently and mindfully create space in your physical world so you can reclaim your calm and create space in your emotional, mental, and spiritual worlds. The Kitchen

The kitchen is the heart of your home, a place of nourishment, yet its clutter often holds old feelings of lack. Today, we focus on love, not lack, by choosing one small area—a drawer, a single fridge shelf, or a nagging cupboard—to lovingly declutter. As you mindfully discard what's expired or unused, you are literally creating a vacuum for new, abundant blessings. Clearing The Digital Clutter

Today, we face the paper pile, my personal nemesis TBH! Our focus is not on completing a chore, but on building momentum and resilience. Journal And Self-Reflection

We’re taking a break from physical clearing to focus on the invisible clutter of the mind. Take time for reflection and journalling, where we look deeply at the old beliefs and fears that have surfaced during your first week. You'll get to acknowledge, release, and replace old stories with empowering new affirmations. This is deeply personal work so surrender to the process and celebrate the incredible insight you're gaining!

Clothing - Tops

Let’s open the doors of your wardrobe to work with your tops, the shirts, blouses, and jumpers/sweaters. As you start to declutter your clothes, slowly and mindfully, you are freeing yourself from old energy and outdated stories. Notice the inner critic, but try to choose acceptance instead of judgement. Let's make space for the vibrant, beautiful person you already are so you can embrace that person more and more.

Clothing - Bottoms

You are really building some momentum here! In your 5 minutes, pick one item. Hold that item, close your eyes, and tune into the feelings it brings up. The goal here is simply to notice the thoughts and feelings that keep you from letting go. As you clear, address, or tend to even just one item, feel the energy shift. What does this simple act teach you about you? We will also have a quick check-in and I have two golden questions for you!

Clothing - Accessories And Shoes

During your mindful and soul-connected 5 minutes today, along with decluttering your accessories, you are stepping out of old identities and into your true, confident self. Ask yourself, "Does this make me feel good? Does it bring me joy?" If not, thank it and release it. This powerful act creates a vacuum for the new, as a law of physics reminds us. We are shifting your focus from what you lack to the unshakeable self you already are.
