Over the next 10 days, we'll journey through acceptance and how it relates to our self-healing process. There are so many different layers of acceptance and we'll explore the stories you may have around them and how you can redefine them to meet your needs. When we let go of stories that don't serve us, we give ourselves permission to create new beliefs that do align with what we desire. We'll discuss how worthiness, our humanness, comparison, and joy impact our beliefs around acceptance, and also how grieving can help us to accept and move through tough experiences. By the end of this course, you'll have walked through 10 exercises that will help you get clear on what you desire to accept, what you may need to let go of, and how you can begin to move forward to be more present in the now. I recommend starting with Day 1 of the course and complete each day until Day 10, however, feel free to start with a particular lesson if it resonates with you.
