Lesson 1

Definition Of The Sacred Leader

In this lesson, we will cover the definion of sacred leadership, and how so much of our task to step into this role in our work and lives is about the correction of perception of ourselves, of power and of leadership. We will discuss why we need a new understanding of power, and the reasons why we shy away from our innate leadership including our fear of unworthiness, the fear that the task is too big, or because we are afraid of causing more abuse, as so much of the leadership of our time has done.

Lesson 2

Fear As A Friendly Ally

In this lesson, we are meeting our own fear of what we are through a guided practice that allows us to change our minds about fear. Equipped with the right tools, we can start to see fear as a friendly ally. We are also learning about our Superconsciousness and how to access it on our path as leader. This lesson is preparing the ground for us to step boldly into the work we are being called to do in the world.

Lesson 3

Who Can Claim To Be A Leader?

To be the sacred leader in any context is to bring the qualities of the sacred to any situation you are in. The ego wants us to think there are special conditions for us to step into sacred leadership but in truth it is about being congruent. Not about what you do or how you do it. Sacred leadership is about self-leadership and being the demonstration of your faith. Do your actions match your beliefs even when no one is watching? In today's lesson, we work through a practice to help you get congruent.

Lesson 4

Introducing The Formula Of Sacred Leadership

In this lesson, you will be offered an explanation on why we need a formula for sacred leadership. Sacred leadership is often calling us into the unknown, and this formula can support us to live beyond our comfort zone, a key skill of sacred leadership. The sacred leader is interested in evolution not comfort, and it can take scaffolding to fall back on, to lean into when we go into doubt because it reminds us we are not doing this alone or under our own steam. The formula is a path to walk to meet ourselves as the sacred leader.

Lesson 5

Part One Of The Formula: Humility

Humility is the first phase of the formula for sacred leadership and we unpack it in this lesson. It is seriously misunderstood. Humility is not about littleness. Humility is saying yes to Infinite Consciousness, yes to that visionary intuition, yes to that inspiration that downloaded even if you don't know how to make it happen, because humility is one step at a time. Humility is walking the path even when you don't have a guarantee that things are going to go in the direction that you imagine your life should go.

Lesson 6

Part Two Of The Formula: Grace

In this lesson, we dive deep into an embodied experience of sacred leadership with a guided practice. Until we have experienced the sacred bodily, we cannot lead from this place. What is grace and how does it connect us to our innate leadership archetype? Grace is the opposite of egoic control and is a deep state of trust. We’ll learn how to access it in this lesson.

Lesson 7

Part Three Of The Formula: Power

The final phase of our formula is probably not surprisingly, power. From humility and our willingness to be humble enough to be defenceless to meet our fear every damn day, we move into an experience of God-consciousness, which is grace, which allows us to move into right relationship with our power. We dive into understanding responsibility and how to sustain ourselves on the path of sacred leadership.

Lesson 8

Communing With The Sacred Leader Archetype

In this lesson we go on a journey to meet the sacred leader within. We discover what unique archetypal qualities is your leader in possession of, and how to activate them in your daily life. The sacred leader is the archetype for our times, and in this lesson we learn more about our own sacred leader so that we can bring her forth into the world in service to the greater good.

Lesson 9

The Dangers Of Sacred Leadership

On my path as a sacred leader, I have experienced the shadow side of being in this role. The sacred leader archetype is one that we are often drawn to, but if we don’t have full awareness about the harder aspects of this path we can easily burn out. In this lesson, I share my own personal experience of the 4 main ‘dangers’ that can become positives if we know how to manage them.

Lesson 10

The Sacred Leader Codes

In this final lesson, we share a profound experience to activate the sacred leader Codes. You are here in this program because you are called to the role of the sacred leader. No matter where we are in that relationship we can always go deeper. This experience will support you as the embodied sacred leader, and to sustain you on your path. It is the final confirmation of your willingness to step into your magnitude in your service without fear.
