Hi! My name is Jenine. Welcome to this 8-day course on Insight Timer, which focuses on staying grounded during the holidays. The last month of the year can be a magical time of fun memories with family and friends, traditions, decorating, baking, and socializing, but it can also be an overwhelming blur! Through self-reflection and guided meditations, increase your self-awareness, so you can approach the holiday hustle and bustel with intention: Align how you direct your time and attention in ways that make you feel fulfilled, set intentions and create a personalized plan, learn and practice informal ways to stay present, learn formal mindfulness techniques that you can begin implementing right away easily into your day, learn strategies and shift your mindset for dealing with the stress of this busy time of year, experiment with different anchors (focus for you attention) in guided meditations, tune into your inner voice for grounding and guidance, set a personal plan for the year ahead, have a structured way to add mindfulness to this busy time of year. Join me and fellow participants from the course in the Course Classroom, where you can interact with other students, as well as myself!
