COURSE

Become A Better Communicator

With Cynthia Kane

The most well-known Buddhist teachers on the planet all have something in common: they are excellent communicators. This is not by accident, as the Buddha taught what are called the four elements of right speech over 2,600 years ago. In this course you'll learn the guiding principles to communicate in a kind, honest, and helpful way. Communication is essential to being human, and when you become better at it, your personal truth becomes clearer, your relationships improve, and the result is that you experience more peace and harmony in your life.

This format wasn’t as meaningful to me as some other classes. It is about two to three minutes of content followed by a ten minute basic meditation. Like “be kind” followed by ten minutes of “think about being kind”. I need a bit more “how-to”.

This was exactly what I needed right before my brother came to visit. I looked forward to each lesson. One sleepless night, the night before he arrived, I laid in bed and did the last 3 lessons. All were clear, presented in a natural tone, in a way I could retain the valuable principles. I want to take this again and again to re-train myself, to improve my communication with others. Thank you.

Hi Cynthia , This course is very close to my heart. Not only because few of the behaviours that you mentioned at start are mine too, but also how you have integrated traditional Buddhist philosophy to everyday lives. I come from a school of thought that religious teachings are far alien when comes to living a practical life. I can't wait to share my additional insights as I practice them. Thank you once again for changing my perspective. Regards, Arpit.
