In this course series, we will combine two powerful techniques, Faster EFT and a unique method I call "Release and Replace," to help you neutralize specific fears that trigger stress. In each lesson, I'll be guiding you through a tap-along process. Just repeat after me and tap on the points I’ll tell you as we go along. By combining the power of your mind, body, and energy system, we're going to work together to release those fears.


Meet your Teacher

Alice Langholt is a parent, author and Reiki Master Teacher, and a Certified Practitioner of EFT and Introspective Hypnosis. She is the Executive Director of Reiki Awakening Academy. Alice has a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Parapsychology, and Master’s degrees in Jewish Studies and Metaphysical Science. She has written 23 books on holistic subjects. In the Washington, DC Metro area, Alice teaches Animal Reiki at Montgomery College, has a Reiki practice in Gaithersburg, MD, and is also a wedding officiant.

An excellent tapping practise which has helped me shift worrying about what others think about me speaking out my boundaries. I used the helpful verbal prompts but used the traditional long version tapping points I've learned as I find doing this is more effective for me personally. Thanks a lot, Alice! Being born from a narcissist mother currently trying to remake her way into my life, I could feel again her emprise and these two fears resurfacing because of the stimuli. Although I totally cut contact again, blocking her phone number, I needed to work on these fears again. I will keep this course in my materials for future needs for sure!

Thank you so much for these beautiful and yet short courses, it's really helping me realize what fears I hold and also how to reduce them. Can I ask how the last step with the wrist and saying 'peace' helps? I've not encountered this yet.
