This course invites you to look at anxiety from a completely different angle. Not as a flaw, not as a weakness, but as one of the most sophisticated protection systems your body has ever developed. A system that sometimes misfires in the modern world, but whose intention is always to keep you safe. In 7 sessions of teaching and guided meditation, you will learn to understand what anxiety actually is and why your body responds the way it does. You will gain real, practical tools to work with anxiety in the moment. And you will practice something that changes everything: how you relate to yourself when things are hard. Day 1 is about understanding: what anxiety is, why your body creates it, and why fighting it makes it stronger. Day 2 gives you your first emergency tool, a breathing technique you can use anywhere, anytime. Day 3 brings you into the thinking mind, where anxious thoughts spiral, and teaches you how to create space. Day 4 brings you into your body, where anxiety is stored, and where it can also be released. Day 5 addresses the inner critic, and why self-compassion is not weakness but one of the most powerful tools available. Day 6 teaches grounding: how to anchor yourself in the present moment when anxiety spikes. Day 7 brings everything together into a toolkit that is yours to keep. So that anxiety takes up less space in your life, and you feel more at home in yourself.
