We all want to feel loved and accepted. But if you’ve learned to prioritize others, suppress your voice, or stay “easy” to avoid conflict, people-pleasing may have become a way to feel safe. Also known as the fawn response, this pattern can protect us in the short term, but over time it can leave us feeling unseen, resentful, or disconnected from ourselves. In this gentle 5-day course, you’ll learn to understand the roots of people-pleasing and begin releasing the guilt, fear of rejection, and fear of abandonment that make it hard to set boundaries. Through short teachings, journal prompts, and guided EFT Tapping sessions, you’ll be supported in calming your nervous system and reconnecting with your needs and your voice.
