What if starting today, you allowed yourself to appreciate, honor, and love your body [in whatever season it is in]?! Imagine how much more supportive energy & focus we could have if we permitted ourselves to stop judging the physical body. This is a 5-day course for anyone who wishes to make space for a more loving, gentle, and compassionate gaze for themselves. It is an invitation to take on an upgraded MINDSET utilizing the research-backed power of visualization & conscious language so that you can welcome deep acceptance for your physical body (and therefore for yourself!) Because the truth is: that we set the standard for how others treat us. So what if we let accept ourselves as we are - wholeheartedly?! Each lesson builds off the previous one and is designed to be done one day at a time. Throughout this course, we will start with a foundation of willingness, invite an appreciation for the wisdom of the body, release old shame or judgment, and make space to begin a life-long practice of loving self-acceptance. We’ll spend 5 days together (one lesson/day) in deep daily guided visualization practices that are designed to relax the body, quiet the mind, and allow beautiful seeds of transformation into the place of knowing: the inner mind. No previous experience is necessary - just show up with an open mind and a curious heart.
