I feel it sounds a little dramatic to say this is a life-changing course, but it really really is! Thank you so much, Clare, so many empowering & insightful things within it which have really made me think, & made me feel more powerful. I love the reflection at the end of the course of 'what would you do today if you trusted yourself' & I am going to keep that in mind. There are several days of the course where I have noted down things which particularly resonated (& yes, which felt life-changing!) so I can quickly listen to those specific days again when I need a little top-up/reminder, but I'm sure this whole course will be one I listen to again & again.
