Learn the "Inner Dialogue Rewire" technique to consciously replace self-critical thoughts with supportive and kind alternatives. You'll also explore the "Strengths Spotlight," a guided practice to reconnect with a personal strength you've recently demonstrated, reminding you of your own competence and value. This course provides a gentle way to build a more supportive relationship with yourself, fostering inner peace and confidence. Guided practice is included in each lesson.


Meet your Teacher

Alice Langholt is a parent, author and Reiki Master Teacher, and a Certified Practitioner of EFT and Introspective Hypnosis. She is the Executive Director of Reiki Awakening Academy. Alice has a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Parapsychology, and Master’s degrees in Jewish Studies and Metaphysical Science. She has written 23 books on holistic subjects. In the Washington, DC Metro area, Alice teaches Animal Reiki at Montgomery College, has a Reiki practice in Gaithersburg, MD, and is also a wedding officiant.
