Lesson 1

Messages From The Dwarf Planets

New light and understanding of one's self individually and collectively is awakened through the messages of the dwarf planets. In this course we will discuss five of these planets which can be found in all astrological charts. Namely, Sedna, Varuna, Eris, Haumea and GongGong.

Lesson 2

Sedna's Story

Sedna's story talks to deception, betrayal, suffering and victimisation. In every whale's mournful song we can feel into Sedna's pain and then her transformation. A profound metamorphosis transpires initiating her sovereign strength.

Sedna's Wisdom

In this contemplative meditation you will be guided through some questions to spark the Sedna-wisdom within you. Have a pen and paper handy should you want to make notes. Allow for a few minutes after for integration.

Varuna's Story

Varuna's myth is like a beacon in times of turmoil. Known as lord of the oceans, master of the skies, and keeper of the sacred balance, Varuna's tale is one of wisdom, courage, and the eternal dance between order and chaos.

In this contemplative meditation you will be guided through some questions to spark the Varuna-wisdom within you. Have a pen and paper handy should you want to make notes. Allow for a few minutes after for integration.

Lesson 6

Eris' Story

Eris, the goddess of discord and transformation, a force feared and revered. This archetype speaks to honesty while letting go of judgement and comparisons. Eris is comfortable to be the last warrior on the battlefield, believing in the truth with passion.

Eris' Wisdom

In this contemplative meditation, you will be guided through some questions to spark the Eris wisdom within you. Have a pen and paper handy should you want to make notes. Allow a few minutes afterward for integration.

Lesson 8

GongGong's Story

GongGong, the powerful and fierce water god, has a temper like no other. Bitterness plagued his heart. Resentment turned into anger and rose into a rebellious upheaval that changed the world forever.

GongGong's Wisdom

Lesson 10

Haumea's Story

The creation goddess known as Haumea evokes spiritual attunement. She is the deity of rebirthing, of breakthroughs and of overcoming fear. Haumea's wealth resides in her mystical wisdom and awareness.

Lesson 12

In reflection

Each dwarf planet is associated with distinct energies and qualities that can illuminate different facets of our inner world. In this final lesson we reflect on some illuminating questions from this collective archetypal group who individually each talk to transformation.
