Across five short and practical sessions, Samantha gently guides students through the foundations of meditation in a way that feels natural, accessible, and free from pressure or perfectionism. Designed especially for people who feel unsure whether they can “do meditation properly,” this course helps students understand that meditation is not about emptying the mind or achieving a special state — but about learning to gently return to the present moment.
