Meet your Teacher

Epiphany Mason is a Meditation Therapist who blends holistic counseling, life coaching, and meditation elements in her courses. Additionally, she brings her previous experience as a Documentary Director, Guinness World Record holder, Australian Directors Guild award winner, Voice-Over Artist, and Co-Creator of the mental health app Onlyhuman. ​ \Her focus in all her work is helping people identify their needs and get them met.

Lesson 2

Stress-Free Breathwork

This session makes breathwork easy and accessible, helping you effortlessly reset your nervous system whenever you need it. Learn styles of breathwork you can use when in traffic, in a work meeting, or your living room. Modulating the breath and learning to breathe diaphragmatically stimulates the vagus nerve and soothes the nervous system. If you find breathwork a bit finicky or overwhelming (all the counting and finger placements), then this simple but effective session is for you.

Lesson 3

Abundance Body Scan

Instead of carrying, experience being carried. Develop trust with the earth as you practice softening and gradually releasing while feeling completely supported. This practice boosts your interoception and embodiment skills. These skills help you recognise physical signs of stress or tension early so that you can regulate your nervous system before dysregulation escalates. You will utilise the mind-body connection to your advantage. Using the body to send messages back to the brain that it is safe to relax. If you hold a lot of tension in the body and want to find a way to relax, release and finally soften, then this session is for you.

Self-Compassion Challenge

Cultivate true self-compassion, one of the top proven skills to support your nervous system and well-being. It's not about faking it until you make it; here, you'll learn how to practice self-compassion in a genuine way. Self-compassion triggers the release of oxytocin, often referred to as the "love hormone." Its benefits are profound and evidence-based. If you struggle with a loud inner critic and are interested in turning it from a bully into your best mate, then this session is for you.

Gratitude Glow

Get ready for a gratitude boost. This hearty gratitude practice will anchor you in steady, long-lasting joy. De-stress And Cultivate Safety

Step out of "fight-or-flight" mode and into a space of deep, inner safety. This session gently guides and supports you in releasing the weight of control, pressure, and expectations, helping you soften into a state of calm. Learning to cultivate safety within and then taking it with you through your day is such a valuable skill when it comes to regulating your nervous system. It reduces overwhelm and improves emotional resilience. If you struggle with hyper-vigilance, needing to always be busy, or the anxiety and stress that comes from having to "be prepared", then this meditation is for you.

Unapologetic Rest

Wrap up the week with this deeply relaxing meditation, perfect for preparing your mind and body for restorative rest. Rest is not a reward, it’s a requirement, especially if your goal is to live with a regulated nervous system. Rest reduces the heart rate, blood pressure, and cortisol levels. Many of us have forgotten how to rest or feel we need permission to; this lesson will unblock a lot of these challenges for you. If unwinding feels impossible, this practice will gently guide you towards effortlessness. Learn to dial down the inner chatter and welcome pure, uninterrupted rest.
