You will develop your ability to lighten up and let go where you are holding on a tad too tight. Together we will un-peel the layers that are preventing you from seeing and being who you truly are. The course features a continuous soundtrack of original music by Ch'Lu, fusing her classical guitar, binaural field recordings, Sanskrit mantra and sung and spoken voice. For those familiar with Ch'Lu's music, there are also a few unreleased tracks and recordings made from her Ch'Lu Campfire live events of Insight Timer.
