COURSE

5 Elements And You

With Ema Melanaphy

Join me to learn about the archetypal 5 Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Find out about some of their different qualities, and learn how to recognize and understand some of the ways the Elements manifest in us, our lives, and the world around us. Learn how to spot when there's an imbalance or need for support, in one of the elements, and discover practical ways to give yourself what you need, during those times. This series also includes a suggested exercise to help you engage with each of the elements, with their energy, and gives you prompts for ways to include a range of supportive nourishing practices in your life, to adapt to the changing influences or needs that are taking place around, and within you.

Liked this course very much, I engage in the element daily through my yoga practice and being in nature and with my horse/other horses - I think both the Ayurvedic and the Chinese views on the elements are useful and complementary. In yoga I can often feel the meridians very clearly and when in nature Dear Ema thanks so much for you wonderful response and valuable recommendations - will explore them! 🙏 and my review got cut off up there, something went wrong with the internet connection. But I’ll be back and reach out to you again once I have explored more. I work in tea and therefore the Chinese element perspective is both very useful and intestersting to me - have a fine week and until next time, namaste ☀️🙏🤩🐴🫖
