In this Christmas Challenge, I have 12 days of practices designed to make you feel happier, healthier and more connected. Each day you will be asked to take part in a short exercise, these range from gratitude practices to walking mediations. I'll guide you through each session and get you feeling happier this Christmas.


Meet your Teacher

Douglas Robson is a Stuntman, Yoga and Meditation teacher who holds a diploma in counselling and mental health first aid as well as a 1st class Master's degree in Psychology and Neuroscience. He has a passion for learning and is continually adding to his wealth of knowledge of well-being. He has released 10 courses in this field on Insight Timer and has an average rating of 4.78 (but who's counting?). He produces high-quality and interesting content designed to motivate and empower others to fulfil their ultimate potential and live their purpose.

Join me for a Mantra Meditation designed to help you accept the gifts that you receive, both during Christmas and throughout your life. Often the biggest block to receiving gifts of any sort is our belief that we do not deserve them. We break through that block in this session.

We all know that we are primarily social animals and somehow every year we are getting worse at, well, being social. Despite the advent of social media we seem to be making fewer and fewer connections as time goes on. Not on my watch!!
