Hello and welcome to your meditation.
My name is Megan and I am so glad you're here.
This meditation is designed to help you connect with your highest self.
Take a few minutes to get into your most comfortable position.
That can be sitting up or lying down,
Whatever feels best for you.
Once you are in position,
Take a few minutes to settle in.
Feel where your body meets the floor or whatever is supporting you.
Feel your space.
Feel your breath.
Feel your lungs expanding with each breath.
Allow thoughts to float through your mind.
Don't attach to them.
Let them float through like clouds.
Feel your belly,
Then your lungs,
And an audible sigh out of your mouth.
Let's do this two more times.
Deep breath in.
Let your breathing settle naturally.
Take some time to access a feeling of peace that comes from within.
You are right here,
Right now.
There is nothing to think of or worry about.
This moment is here for you.
Feel that serene feeling of peace.
Let it fill you up and surround you.
In this peaceful state,
I want you to imagine that you are at the top of a beautiful staircase.
And as I begin counting,
You are going to walk down the staircase.
With each step,
You will become more and more relaxed.
Ten,
You are feeling at peace.
Nine,
You are releasing all worries.
Eight,
Your feeling of relaxation increases.
Seven,
Six,
Five,
You are totally relaxed.
When you reach the bottom of the stairs,
You are entering a beautiful garden in nature enclosed by a fence.
Ahead of you,
You see a gate that allows you to enter the garden.
This garden is your inner world.
You are completely safe here.
You are your multidimensional self.
Enter through the gate when you are ready.
Take some time exploring your inner garden.
Notice as a light begins to appear within your garden.
It starts as a small ball of light suspended in air.
Watch as the light expands and begins to take the shape of a body.
This light is your highest self,
Your multidimensional soul body.
Spend some time connecting with your highest self.
Maybe they share energy with you or communicate with you in symbols or feelings.
What is the message your highest self has for you?
What does your highest self want you to remember?
Allow the light of your highest self to merge with you.
Know that you are your highest self in every moment.
It is time for you to leave the etheric world.
Remember your highest self is within you always.
Cheering you on and guiding the way.
When you are ready,
Walk back through your garden gate to the stairs.
Slowly ascend the staircase.
Eight,
Bringing what you saw and felt with you.
Seven.
Six.
Five.
Keeping yourself in peace and abundance.
Four.
Slowly coming back into your physical form.
