It was a desert storm when I awoke / and walked out into the sand / clouds the color of lucid dream heavens voice was singing down / in the light crashing through / rare tears / cascading sheets / I called in a prayer / and I could smell it in the air / the blood of the stone / the blood of the stone Darkness gathered in the far skies / behind walls of dust near the rusted rock / where the red tail hawk circled many rounds / tailing down, tailing down
