Mark Guay is a lightworker operating inside the systems that shape our world. His soul purpose is to illuminate the inner lives of the leaders who are building the future our children will inherit and to help them lead from a place of truth, depth, and authentic power rather than fear, conditioning, or survival. Mark believes we are not here to merely cope with this life. We are here to thrive in it: fully, unapologetically, and in service of something far greater than ourselves. He works at the heart of the world's most influential organizations, guiding leaders from Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Slack, Pfizer, and Disney through the sacred and often difficult work of inner transformation. These are not just executives. They are parents, visionaries, and world-shapers whose inner evolution ripples outward into every team they lead, every decision they make, and every life they touch. Drawing from parts-based psychology, developmental theory, and 18 years of executive coaching, Mark holds a Master's degree and brings both rigorous training and hard-won wisdom to this work. As an adoptee labeled with ADHD who has walked through his own dark systems and emerged with clarity, Mark knows firsthand what it means to reclaim your identity, dissolve old patterns, and step into the life your soul came here to live.
