To begin with,
Stretch your arms up above your head and yawn and draw a rainbow all the way around you.
This is your overarching,
Your umbrella choice that holds everything for you.

Breathing in from your heart and as you exhale all the light comes out,
Flashlights all across the universe,
What colour are your beams of light?
Breathing in and floodlights illuminate your way,
Beams of your true light.

Now that you have set the stage for your choice making,
Make your choice that you would like to play with today.

Draw a circle around your head,

Say out loud or in your mind or write it down all of the shadow reasons why you can't have what you want,
Why you cannot create the goal that you've just set out to create.

Let them be known,

Are they monsters,

Is it societal conditioning,
So see these things that get in the way and just acknowledge them for a few more moments,

Oh touch your rainbow bridge all around you,
It's still there,
You're still in your canopy of greatness,
Now rub out with your hands all of the victim things,
Rub them out like you're rubbing out on a whiteboard,
