Mantra called triple mantra - Ad guray nameh jugad guray nameh sat guray nameh siri guru devay namay Ad such jugad such he bee such nanaka o see bee such Ad such jugad such he beh such nanaka o see beh such. It’s a mantra of protection from the sikh tradition “I bow to the primal Guru. I bow to the truth that has existed throughout the ages. I bow to True Wisdom. I bow to the Great Divine Wisdom True in the beginning, true throughout the ages, true even now, Nanak, truth shall ever be.
