Nesta meditação você poderá sentir o profundo efeito das vibrações dos instrumentos de cristal de quartzo. Utilizamos 3 tigelas de cristal: 12" nota Dó#, 9" Fá e 10" Sol#. Uma taça de cristal de 6" nota Sol#, um didgeridoo de cristal de quartzo de 40 mm, uma pirâmide sonora de quartzo de 15 cm de lado, outra de 25 cm de lado e uma harpa de cristal de 8 tubos. Os instrumentos de quartzo produzem um som que harmoniza, acalma e relaxa.
