In these ten days, we will delve into new ingredients for awakening. We will instill ourselves with each and every one of them; acknowledging them, and I hope, that applying them in the best way we can in our daily life. We will do it from a multifaceted and integrating point of view. And I believe, in an entertaining way, including specific descriptions and meditations. The values and virtues treated here: ethics, innocence, wisdom, detachment... are therapeutic elements in themselves; full of grace. Which establishes a direct connection with our essence. They are both the causes and the effects that can be observed in the life of the beings who have already walked the whole path, or at least a great deal of it. I really would like them to make your inevitable transformation smoother and more peaceful.
