Mothers Heartbeat - Anxiety Relief (Binaural Beats)

This is a kind of meditation that differs a bit of my usual approach. This is a session of just half an hour using the 8.40hz frequency that helps reducing anxiety. The base of this meditation is a slow 60 bpm heartbeat and complemented with some calming music. As usual the best result will be met when using a headphone or earbuds.
