Receiving any guidance And taking a few more breaths in this space Deeply feeling the energy connected with your soul star Reminding you that you are connected to all Deeply breathe all of this in feeling all of your energy centers activated and Connected to what it is you desire to bring into your life Really receiving all the guidance that came to you Deeply breathing it in and now feeling the energy in all of your chakras Beginning to expand Seeing them all lit up expanding outwards Holding you in your power Allowing it to go as big as far as wide as feels good to you today Really standing in this energy this frequency this activation and just breathing into this for a moment Feeling it deeply and now beginning to draw all that energy back into your body Holding it there for a moment Allowing it to infuse every single cell in your body and then just drawing it down down into your feet and down into the earth allowing it to root and Ground it into the physical and taking a couple more breaths in this space Knowing it is done and then slowly beginning to feel yourself back in your physical body Just becoming aware of the room around you And the temperature of the air on your skin your skin against the surfaces And start to move your fingers your toes I'm beginning to move your body a little bit more and stretching Really starting to feel yourself back in your physical body And when you feel ready You can gently open your eyes bringing yourself back
