Allow your eyes to close and as you do bring your awareness inside. Notice your felt sense at the eyes or the brain and allow your awareness to begin to drift down like a feather or a leaf floating down through your jaw as your jaw relaxes. Floating down through your throat as it opens and softens. Drifting down, Down to the right side of your chest to the safe heart space. Allowing your awareness to rest deeply in this place of safety, Soft black velvet silence. Resting in this moment, Now.
