In this live guided meditation, Rachel Hanrahan offers a slow, spacious practice designed to help you soften, settle and reconnect with a sense of ease. Each class typically has breath awareness, body sensing and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra–style meditation, you’ll be invited to rest without effort and meet whatever is here with kindness.
This is a practice of allowing rather than doing — a place to pause, listen and let the nervous system unwind in its own time.
