Pranayama Class [Copied]

This is a class where you will practice pranayamas (breathing exercises). Consistent pranayama practice helps to tune with your breath, to bring you to the present moment, to help relex your body, mind and emotions, and to helps bring overall balance and stability. We will do a little bit of stretches to make the practice more comfortable. This needs to be practiced on empty stomach or atleast after 2 and a half hours of gap from a meal. You can keep a pillow / block to make yourself comfortable. ~45 mins.
