Common Ground — Weekly Meditation & Dialogue [Copied]

A weekly drop-in for anyone who wants to meditate but isn’t sure they’re doing it right (which, honestly, includes most of us)
Each Tuesday we sit together for 15–20 minutes of guided meditation drawing on the breath, body-based practice and open awareness, followed by ten minutes of conversation.
There’s no particular level of experience required, and no performance expected. The dialogue is two-way. You’re welcome to contribute or simply listen.
*I work with everyone from bereaved parents to elite athletes, but show up here as a fellow practitioner first.
