Yin & Humming – Deep Release Through Sound & Stillness. This live Yin session invites you to slow down deeply — in your body, your breath, and your mind.
We begin with a gentle arrival and a short explanation of the practice and "Brahmari" - the humming - we will work with. No prior experience with Yin Yoga or breathwork is needed. You are invited to meet this practice exactly where you are.
The first part of the session includes soft, mindful movements and gentle breathing to prepare the body and calm the nervous system.
From there, we move into a series of Yin Yoga poses, each held for several minutes. During the poses, the humming is gradually introduced and repeated — silently or softly — giving the mind a steady point of focus while the body releases through stillness.
This combination of long-held poses and humming repetition supports deep relaxation, grounding, and a quiet inner presence.
We close with a short Savasana to allow the effects of the practice to settle and integrate.
This session is suitable for all levels.
Please have cushions, blankets, or bolsters nearby to support your body.
