Yoga Nidra – To Relax & Release with Humming & Monochord

In this live session we combine gentle mindful movement with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice.
We begin with about 15 minutes of simple movements — designed to release tension, balance your energy, and prepare your body to rest comfortably.
Then, you will be guided into a full Yoga Nidra journey — a practice of deep relaxation and inner awareness allowing you to release anything you’d like to let go: like anger, stres or frustration. sAt the heart of each session lies Sankalpa — your personal intention, a seed of clarity and transformation that you plant in the stillness of your mind.
Please bring your mat, a blanket, and any props that help you lie comfortably and remain still.
This session is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and rest deeply.
No experience is needed — just a quiet space and your openness to explore.
Come as you are — and let your Sankalpa guide you home.
