In this 60-minute Yin Yoga practice, you will slow down intentionally to release accumulated stress from the body and gently reset the nervous system. This class is designed to: • Calm an overactive mind • Reduce physical tension • Support emotional regulation • Activate the parasympathetic (“rest and restore”) response • Improve sleep quality This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Props such as a bolster, blocks, blankets, or pillows are recommended for comfort and support but props are not necessary. 60 Minutes
