Vin/Yin Yoga ~ Earth + Fire Mandala Flow [Copied]

This 60-minute mandala-style Vin/Yin practice blends grounding, earth-based movement with the steady heat of fire to build strength, focus, and resilience. We’ll move through rhythmic, circular flows to awaken the core and legs before settling into longer-held Yin postures that allow the fire to soften, integrate, and spread evenly through the body. The practice invites you to feel both stability and intensity without force, followed by deep release. You’ll leave feeling rooted, energized, and balanced from the inside out.
