This weekly one-hour 'live series' explores the direct recognition that one's reality is not the mind or body, but the timeless, spacious, impersonal and uncaused presence of one's abiding awareness. Through pointed teachings and direct experiencing, participants are invited to shift from a conditioned belief of personal identity and objective attachments, to a deeper recognition of one's timeless essential nature - the grounded still presence behind all experiencing and points of view, one's all-inclusive, formless awareness. Each weekly session offers guided meditations, open teachings with time for questions and answers. All are welcome regardless of personal beliefs or practices, whether one meditates or not. This is a return to the true nature of Being, beyond all outer activities, beliefs, accomplishments, attachments and convictions.
