Kirtan Kriya is a powerful mantra meditation from the Kundalini tradition that combines sound, mudra (finger movements), and focused awareness to support mental clarity, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. In other words, Self Love! In this live practice, we'll move rhythmically through the mantra while gently engaging the fingers and breath - a combination shown in research to improve mood, reduce stress, and increase cerebral blood flow. Many people report feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply uplifted after practicing consistently (or just once!) This session is especially supportive if you've been feeling foggy, emotionally heavy, or overstimulated. Together we'll create a steady inner rhythm that helps restore joy, focus, and a sense of grounded elevation.
