This is a live Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra practice to support you in tuning into your own wisdom and harnessing the energies of the full moon to create balance during this time. In the few days before / after the full moon, energies can challenging and balance may be needed. The full moon is also the time to enjoy the fruits of the intentions that we planted during the time of the new moon. The full moon also brings us a wonderful opportunity to keep what is serving us & practice letting go of the energies and things that are not serving us on our path.
A gentle yoga & meditation practice is the perfect way to tune in to our own wisdom and inner knowing during this time.
