This weekly one-hour 'live series' From Individuality to Spacious Awareness is a gathering that invites a gentle resting beyond the habitual sense of self. Rather than striving to understand or change experience, these sessions offer a simple recognition of what is already present — the quiet, spacious awareness in which thoughts, sensations, and emotions naturally arise and effortlessly pass, one's unborn essential nature. Through brief contemplative pointers, shared stillness, and generous periods of silence, participants are invited to rest beyond identification with mind and body, and to notice one's underlying presence that remains unchanged and undisturbed by experience and points of view. This is not a practice to master, not a doctrine or a belief to adopt. There is nothing to gain and nothing to release, rather the opportunity to remain present in the recognition of what is independent of all emotions and activities. Whether familiar with meditation or completely new to it, all are welcome in this space to quietly arrive and rest in one's inseparable awareness. These sessions are an invitation to return to the simplicity of Being — the living stillness that is already here, behind all activity, effort, and self-identification. A place to pause. To be.
