Return to Stillness: A Guided Meditation [Copied]

This is an invitation to slow down and come back the peace and quiet that's already within. In this practice, we gather in a gentle, grounded space to begin the day with presence, softness, and care. This is not a class to perform or perfect — it’s a practice of returning.
We’ll begin with slow, mindful movement to prepare the body and release tension, creating ease and readiness for stillness. From there, we’ll move into a guided meditation, allowing awareness to deepen naturally. At times, I’ll weave in poetry or reflective words, offering a language that speaks to the heart as much as the mind.
This practice is inspired by the wisdom of yoga, somatic awareness, and lived experience — honoring the body as a doorway inward and meditation as a relationship we cultivate over time.
