In this opening of the year session, we will have an honest look at what exactly stresses you out. We will use IFS (Internal Family Systems) meditation to get to the core of the types of stressors that make you feel chronically overloaded.
After this, we will use behavioral design in order to effectively design stressors out of your life, and calm into your life.
