Stress & Burnout Prevention With Breathwork And IFS - Gratitude
With Dr. Inge Wolsink
When we’re stressed, there’s little time to pause, let alone breathe or feel grateful. So how do we step out of our heads, out of the constant race, and back into a sense of calm and presence?
Gratitude is often framed as a mindset or habit. In this session, we’ll explore gratitude as a felt experience in the body, supported by gentle breathwork and an Internal Family Systems–informed guided practice.
Many of us have parts that focus on what’s missing, what still needs to change, or what might go wrong in the future. We won’t try to get rid of those parts. Instead, we’ll create enough space and safety for them to notice what is already supporting you, alongside whatever else is present.
Through slow, regulating breathwork, we’ll cultivate appreciation for the body and invite a softer, more grounded perspective.
This session is especially supportive if you tend to live ahead of yourself, feel easily activated by uncertainty, or want to experience more calm and perspective without denying real challenges.
