We created this track for students of Dr. Nida Chenagtsang and other practitioners to use as a guided Vajra Chanting meditation practice. Vajra Chanting is an internal practice that purifies our body, speech/energy, and mind at the level of the subtle body. In this particular form of Vajra Chanting, we inhale for six seconds with OM; hold the breath in for two seconds with AH, then exhale for six seconds with HUM. Then we hold our breath out for two seconds and resume the cycle. One can visualize oneself filling with white light with OM, red light with AH, and blue light with HUM. In this guide track, the mantra is recited internally 21 times.
